Yihong is a multi-functional and multi-talented contributor to PAL since 8 years. Besides leading the PAL China team, she has built a strong network of partners for PAL and its principals.

Prior to joining PAL, Yihong has held various positions in telecommunication and security products fields in China, New Zealand and Japan. Yihong was the Director and General Manager for Allied Telesyn International Inc. (ATI) China operation. She oversaw all China's sales, marketing and technical support activities. Within a very short period of time, Yihong had successfully created ATI's brand awareness in the China Broadband Network. She led the team to win many major projects with China Telecom, Unicom, and Railcom accounts. As a result of her effort, ATI China operation achieved number 1 sales revenue in the Asia Pacific region within one and a half years since its establishment.

Prior to ATI, Yihong was the General Manager of Teltrend Inc. China operation and Securicor 3net China operation. She had successfully introduced and promoted ISDN technology to China Telecom, making Teltrend a well-known ISDN company in China. She led the team to win many key accounts in China Telecom, Ministry of Public Security, various Government bodies, Education, and Armed Police within two years. She had also set up many strategic OEM partnerships with China Telecom, Founder group and others for network encryption and WAN products. All these partnerships enable the companies to strategically target very niche markets, quickly penetrate the China market, and generate revenue results. She had also held positions of Asia Executive Manager and Product Marketing Manager with Securicor 3net New Zealand Ltd. Prior to that, she had worked in Fujitsu FACOM in Tokyo Japan as a SE.

She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science in China, and a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, majoring in telecommunications.
