Wayne is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Advantage Ltd., which was acquired by Juniper Networks in 2000 due to the significant business Wayne and his team had brought to Juniper. Wayne then became the Regional Managing Director for Juniper Asia Pacific Region after the acquisition. As the Regional Director, Wayne formulated and executed sales strategy and tactics as well as developed strong relationships with key partners throughout the region driving upwards of $150Mil in sales in the first two years.

Asia Pacific has become the fastest growing region for Juniper worldwide then and remains a significant region for Juniper today. Wayne left Juniper to start Pacific Advantage (International) Ltd., the current ("PAL") company, resuming what he had been doing before his company was acquired by Juniper. PAL has collectively helped over 120 technology companies to establish operations in the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to PAL, Wayne was the Business Development Director for I.T.S., the services and integration arm of SITA (the worldwide Airline Telecom Network). He came to the Asia region in 1987 as the Marketing Manager for Wang Labs after 5 years in the USA as Sales Manager for them in San Francisco. He is a native of San Francisco and holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana.
