Wayne comes to Pacific Advantage from Juniper Networks Asia-Pacific. There he was the Regional Managing Director for Asia Pacific Region, the fastest growing region for Juniper in the world. As the Regional Director, Wayne formulated and executed sales strategy and tactics as well as developed strong relationships with key partners throughout the region driving upwards of $150Mil in sales in the first two years.

Prior to this Wayne had founded Pacific Advantage Limited in 1993 which was sold to Juniper Networks in early 2000.

Prior to that, Wayne had assumed the role of Business Development Director for I.T.S., the services and integration arm of SITA (the worldwide Airline Telecom Network).

Wayne came to the Asia region in 1987 as the Regional Marketing Director for Wang Labs after 5 years in the USA as Sales Manager for them in San Francisco.

He is a native of San Francisco and holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana.
