Working in the China market for over 10 years, Simon has extensive and in-depth technical experience, especially in data telecommunications network planning and design, and wireless/IT communications products technical support. Simon worked for EMAC in Beijing, where he has supported the network expansion installation project planning and design in cooperation with GEIS. Later he joined Beijing Xiaotong Electronics, where he was the technical manager for Cisco, 3Com, and Novell products.

Simon was then recruited by Allied Telesyn International (ATI), where he was responsible for pre-sales technical support and training with major government departments and large corporations. Prior joining PAL, Simon worked for NETGEAR, where his responsibilities included technical support, and sales and marketing for the company.

Simon received his Bachelor degree in Electronics from the Tianjin Nankai University. Later he earned his MBA from the Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications.
