Scott has over 12 years of experience in computers and networking. Prior to joining Pacific Advantage, Scott worked at Allied Telesyn International (China) Ltd as a Customer Support Engineer. He has worked as both a pre-sales and post-sales engineer responsible for network design, writing proposals, product presentation, network trouble shooting, diagnosing systems failures and ensuring highest quality performance standards. Prior to ATI, Scott worked for Galaxy Security Co. Ltd, the largest China investment company, as their technical department Manager. He was responsible for computer/network/communication system design, deployment and maintenance. Scott had earned the Chief Engineer title by building both the software and hardware systems of their new stock department network system. Scott also has many years of experience in software design of radar graphic processing system and database systems. He is well versed in all kinds of network design and network system management. He is familiar with Cisco, Nortel, Extreme Networks and Foundry products. He has special expertise in LAN and MAN design. He also has extensive experience on Novell /WinNT LAN system. Scott earned his Bachelor degree from University of Defence Technology in 1989.
