Hali was a founder and Chief Operating Officer at Pacific Advantage Limited (PAL). She oversaw all operations such as Finance, Marketing, Administration and Human Resource. She helped set up the company's regional offices and legal entities and was instrumental in the success of PAL which was then acquired by Juniper Networks.

After the acquisition, Hali was the Operations Manager for Juniper in Asia Pacific. During this period, she helped set up the Juniper Asia Pacific infrastructure in Hong Kong, China, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and India. She hired and staffed up much of the Juniper Asia Pacific team.

After helping to set up various departments such as Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Administration in the various office, Hali focused in streamlining the Sales Operations processes and providing more support to the Asia Pacific Sales team. She was actively involved in sales situations and was instrumental in closing some multi-million dollars deals in the region.

Prior to PAL, Hali worked at Wang Labs for 9 years in various roles in Marketing, Sales and Sales Management.

She has earned her degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science from York University, Toronto, Canada.
