Prior to joining PAL in 2007, Condler has worked for Huawei Technologies since 2001. He started as an Engineer for router testing and pre-sale support. Soon after that, he got promoted to be a Senior Product Manager. In 2003, Condler had a chance to be part of an expansion effort for Huawei Technologies in South America developing the Brazil, Chile and Argentina markets. Condler then became the Sales Director, established an office for Huawei in Argentina, and lived there for three years leading a dynamic sales team winning significant projects in the market, e.g. winning the dealing with Argentina Telecom being their sole provider for Datacomm products competing against Cisco. The sales revenue by his group has reached US$7.5M, being No. 2 in the Latin American Datacomm market.

Condler received his education from Beijing University, completing his undergraduate degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics, and his Master's degree in Auto Control with honors and received an award for Beijing's Excellent Graduate Thesis.
