CoCo started working for Pacific Advantage in 1994. As the Office and Administration Manager at PAL Headquarters, CoCo is responsible for the finance and human resources tasks of the Asia Pacific region. She also handles operations and sales administration tasks for the Hong Kong Headquarters. At PAL, CoCo has been able to negotiate, liaise and deliver best prices for conferences and accommodation with hotels, and to locate and bring good companies to work with PAL on providing operational services.

When the principals of PAL sold their business to Juniper Network Inc., CoCo was one of the employees who transferred to Juniper Networks as the Asia Pacific Sales Operations Administrator. She has successfully relocated and renovated their new office and assisted Juniper Networks in setting up their Asia Pacific Headquarters in Hong Kong. Her responsibilities were extended to sales operations where she organized numerous on-site and off-site conferences/seminars for Juniper Networks and partners. In 2003, CoCo returned to PAL as the Administration Manager.

Prior to joining PAL, CoCo was Senior Sales at Esprit de Corp where she managed one of the major retail stores in Hong Kong and provided training to junior sales staff. CoCo also gained finance experience from working at In-Wear (HK) Ltd., a large garment manufacturing company in the region.
