Claudia has been in a wide range of management roles within numerous organizations throughout her career, which gave her excellent experience in operations in China. She is familiar with day-to-day operations in WFOE, foreign representative offices, joint ventures, private companies and state-owned companies, all of which she served in before.

Prior to joining Pacific Advantage, Claudia was the General Manager for HMJW, a private Chinese company. She was instrumental in re-organizing and re-engineering the company and helped the company to increase their revenue four times in one year.

Before HMJW, Claudia worked for Praxair for four years. She was recognized as Praxair's Outstanding Performance Employee in 1999.

Prior to Praxair, Claudia had four years experience for MCC, a top-ranking Chinese state-owned company in international engineering service and trading.

Claudia earned her EMBA degree from the joint program of the State University of New York at Buffalo and Ren-Min University in 2000. She also earned a financial master's degree from IFB-CASS in 2009.
