Claudia has been assuming a wide range of management roles in PAL for the past 8 years, including Operations and Business development.

Claudia is appointed by RenMin University of China as one of their interviewers for MBA candidates. Claudia was also invited by the Career Development Center of China University of Political Science and Law to do seminars for their students on how to achieve a successful career. Prior to joining PAL, Claudia was the General Manager for a local Chinese company in charge of all operations for the company including finance, technical support, sales and marketing, human resource and channels management. She was instrumental in re-organizing and re-engineering the company and helped the company to increase their revenues 4 times in one year.

Prior to that, Claudia was the Sales and Marketing Manager for Praxair (Fortune 500). She helped the company to achieve the largest market share in China within one year. She was recognized as Praxair Outstanding Performance Employee in 1999. Prior to Praxair, Claudia had many years of working experience for a top-ranking Chinese state-owned company in international engineering service and trading.

She has earned her EMBA degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and Master degree of Ren-Min University of China. She also earned finance master’s degree from IFB-CASS.
