Christy has extensive experience in operations, project management and event planning. Over the past 7 years in PAL, she has helped more than 40 companies entering Asia Pacific markets by supporting principals and PAL regional offices in operations, marketing, and sales activities. She is an expert in CRM systems and experienced in creating operations procedures. Christy is a versatile team member of PAL, and has been key in several special projects in which PAL pioneered new products and services. Among other projects, she headed a photo restoration business in Hong Kong and became a product expert for a technical certification organization.
Most significantly, when PAL expanded into the outsourced 24/7 contact center business and established a center in Malaysia in 2008, Christy assumed the role of the contact center's Chief Operations Officer, overseeing all operations and finances. Over 70 agents worked in the contact center during peak periods, representing the largest and most outstanding outsourced team of the client.
Prior to working for PAL, Christy was the leader of various multi-cultural organizations and the lead organizer for numerous large-scale events at two academic institutions for six years. She is skilled in promotion, publicity, operations, logistics and evaluation, and has earned various awards for displaying outstanding leadership and organizing exceptional events.
Christy has a tri-cultural background, being born and raised in Hong Kong, receiving her university education in the United States, and living part-time in Europe. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Montana and a Master's degree in Public Health from Oregon State University.
