Christy has extensive experience in event planning and project management. Prior to working for PAL, she was the key organizer for numerous large-scale cultural events at two academic institutions for six years. She is skilled in promotion, publicity, operations, logistics and evaluation, and has earned various awards for displaying outstanding leadership and exceptional events.

Christy has a bi-cultural background, being born and raised in Hong Kong and receiving her university education in the United States. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Montana and a Master's degree from Oregon State University.
