Chin began his career as a Systems Engineer for IITC and Senior Wireless Engineer at Sfera. IITC / Sfera is a system integration company, where Chin had a chance to learn different cutting-edge technologies, developed solutions and deployed systems for major Tier 1 operators, financial institutions, universities and enterprises. Chin was responsible for medium- to large-scale wired and wireless backhaul implementation from design to commissioning.

Chin has a very strong technical foundation, with excellent knowledge in all layers of OSI, telecommunications standards, TCP/IP, SIP, IPv4/IPv6 routing and switching, firewall and VPN tunneling protocols. In recent years, Chin has developed a passion for sales, and moved to Green Packet being a Solutions Consultant prior to joining PAL as a Sales Manager in 2008. During the years in Green Packet, Chin was responsible for Asia Pacific technical sales in the areas of Mobile WIMAX, IP backhaul and access transmissions.

Chin is a proud recipient of the Bachelors Degree (Honors), majoring in Software Engineering from Putra University, Malaysia.
