Andre has over 25 years experience in the IT and Networking industry in Asia Pacific. Prior to his current position, Andre was the Director of Consulting Service Engineering for Juniper Networks Asia Pacific. Juniper acquired Andre's service through the acquisition of Pacific Advantage Limited (PAL) in early 2000.

Andre helped to build the Juniper Networks technical team, its regional training and education facilities in Asia Pacific. He spoke on many occasions to present Juniper's technology at various technical seminars and forums.

Prior to Juniper, Andre worked for PAL as CTO providing technical expertise and advice on all products that the company represented. He has gained extensive technical experience from working for industry leaders such as IBM, Digital, Philips, Wang, Perkin-Elmer and HK Tel. He has worked in wide range of positions from System Support Engineer, Product and Development Manager, Marketing Specialist/Manager, Business Development Manager, and Project Manager.

Andre holds a B.E. (Hons) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
