Pacific Advantage is the pioneer in the outsourced sales and technical support business for Asia Pacific, having started in Hong Kong in 1993. The company's original goal was then and remains today - to efficiently and effectively assist technology companies achieve business traction in the region. Our company offers a variety of services that can be tailored to meet a client's objectives in this area. These services can be either on a shared or dedicated basis depending on the client company's sales strategy, overall objectives and the products themselves.

Our founders had previously worked with many diversified technology firms in Asia Pacific where they observed certain problems associated with the normal approach taken when supporting the markets in this region.
